The Preserve at Stoney Ridge

The Preserve at Stoney Ridge is a gated community on Lake Martin. It is locally referred to as Stoney Ridge and offers a variety of waterfront and water access homes plus a few lots for sale. Inside the gates the amenities include a hilltop pool, bath house, and pavilion that look over the neighborhood to Lake Martin. Also, you will find tennis courts and community docks for the interior homes.

Stoney Ridge is located on the east side of Lake Martin in the Blue Creek area. This great location allows for a short boat ride to several marina’s, restaurants and popular spots on Lake Martin.
